For those booked at the Westin Colonnade, reference information remains on this web site. Group Reservation Department: (305) 441-2600; rate $128/night (+ 13% tax) single or double occupancy. This is also the 2011 government per diem rate.  The rate is ONLY available for reservations confirmed on or before Wednesday, April 13, 2011.  Rate applies three days prior and after the symposium. Be sure to refer to Circle Hook Symposium when calling. Reservation cancellations must be made before 3:00pm (ET) the day before arrival. Changes to departure dates must be made at or before check-in to avoid additional charges.  Your credit card will not be billed until you check-in. Check-in is 3pm; check-out by 12pm.

Hotel Amenities: The Westin Colonnade is a AAA 4 Diamond hotel with a rooftop swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fully equipped fitness center.  It’s also a Certified Florida Green Lodge.
