Poster Guidelines

This page offers guidelines for symposium poster presenters.

Posters will be available for viewing in the Westin Colonnade at two evening functions:
Welcome to Miami Reception – Wednesday, May 4 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Formal Poster Presentations – Thursday, May 5 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm

Setup your poster on Wednesday, May 4 between 10:00am and 12:30pm
Remove your poster on Friday, May 6 between 12:00pm and 3:00pm

Posters should be mounted between 7am and 12pm on Wednesday, May 4.  Dimensions must be no larger than 3′ 9″ long x 7′ 9″ wide (114.3 cm long x 236.2 cm wide).  Velcro, tacks, and tape will be provided.  Presenters must check-in at the symposium registration desk located in the Westin Colonnade.
